Several state witnesses were exanined by the Police Court on Tuesday afternoon and all the testimony seem to point to- ward the defendants now in custody as being the guilty parties. The case was auzain before the Court yesterday morning and Doctor Harper Chiet Municipal Physician, testified as to the damages sustained by the mur- dered man. The three defendants upon being ar- raizned at this nhearing pleaded not puilty to the charge against them, each stating that he did not strike the deceased. The case was posipored.
