regard
to
certain
question.
At thz last meeting
it
was
said
that the bill which I introduced
regarding the employmer.t
of employees,
if passed
would
limit
the power
of the
Governor;
on
the
strength
of that
state-
ment
I withdrew the bil!; of courseI am
getting
old a:d
my
brain may
not be
as
good
as
it was
years
ago, nevertheless,
if that bill
was in conflict
with the Or.
ganic
Act, how then,
can
it he
proposed
in the measure
before
us that the Govern-
or
will have
power
to
appointa
judge
and
the
judge
can
appoint
his
clerks?
That
seems
more in favor of limiting the
power of th.e Governor.
Is
this measure
considered
more
compatible
than the bil]
which I introduced?
That’s the question
I would like to get elucidations
on.
