Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much as may be necessary, is appropriated from

funds available or deposited into the School Construction, Maintenance and Capital Fund to 
3 
repair, renovate and maintain public schools and facilities territorywide, in the fiscal year 
4 
October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
