FOR INVESTIGATION OF OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ISSUES Ne” Nae Nome” Nee nee” ORDER WHEREAS, on May 8, 2012, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or the “Commission”) met in Regular Session at the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission’s Conference Room located at 1003 Estate Ross/Barbel Plaza, Suite #4, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 30, Section 25a of the Virgin Islands Code, all Virgin Islands public utilities are subject to pay its Annual Assessments prior to September 30th of each year; and WHEREAS, the PSC’s records indicate that Transportation Services of St. John, Inc, (hereinafter “Transportation Services”) failed to pay the amounts assessed in Order Numbers: 17/2010, 57/2010, and 7/2012; and WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to grant Transportation Services a ninety (90) day extension from the date of the May 8, 2012 meeting for the purpose of complying with Commission Order Numbers: 17/2010, 57/2010 and 7/2012; and NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that Transportation Services be GRANTED a ninety (90) day extension of time from the date of the May 8, 2012 meeting in which to submit its outstanding annual assessments for fiscal years: 2010, 2011 and 2012.
