intends
to try and
obtain
United
States
cooperation
with Great
Britain and other
nations
in solving
World problems,
said,
Mr. J. Ramsay
Mac
Donald
in
a
speech
at Porthcawi,
Wales.
Mr.
Mac
Donald
referred
to
the
recent
conferences
be-
tween
French,
Belgian,
Itahan
and
Brit-
ish labour
parliamentarians
in
Paris,
in
consequence
of
which
they
wcre
much
nearer
an
agreement
on
a
solution
to
the
Ruhr
difficulties
than
three
weeks
ago
[ror a solution
of
World
problems,
bowever,
labour
wanted
the
United
States
to come
in,
but it would
never
ger
that
country
if
1t
only
addressed
it
through
uovernments,
Labour
accord-
ingly was going
to try
its nund
at parlia-
mentary
cooperation
in the United States
and
see
whether.
by getting
1n
physical
contact
with
United
States
Senators,
and
Representauives,
it
could
lay
the
toundation
for cooperation,
so
that
the
United States,
Great
Britain
and
other
powers
might work out
a great luropean
policy.

Railway
