ORDER



WHEREAS, on December 19, 2014, Momentum Telecom, Inc. (hereinafter

“Momentum”) filed an Application for authority to provide telecommunications services in the

United States Virgin Islands with the Virgin Islands Public Services (hereinafter “PSC” or

“Commission”); and



WHEREAS, on March 26, 2015, the Commission met in regular session in the

Commission’s offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix and heard from Momentum and the

Commission’s technical consultants; and



WHEREAS, the Commission engaged in discussion relative to the PSC’s policy on

jurisdictional powers over telecommunications service providers; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to SUSPEND

Momentum’s Application until the PSC’s next scheduled meeting; and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS that Momentum’s Application be

SUSPENDED until the next scheduled meeting of the PSC.
