Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, there is appropriated from

the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands the sum of 
3 
$1,686,909 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses for the fiscal year 
4 
October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
