Action Taken by UVI Board of Trustees



The Board of Trustees, at its meeting of Saturday, November 3, 2007 unanimously approved a

resolution to ratify the action of the Executive Committee’s action to authorize the President

to limit increases in salaries of certain executives of the University under Phase II B of the Fiscal

Year 2006-2007 Compensation Plan.
