Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

The United States post office located at 103–104 Es-

tate Richmond in Saint Croix, Virgin Islands, shall be

known and designated as the ‘‘Wilbert Armstrong United

States Post Office’’.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
2
paper, or other record of the United States to the United
3
States post office referred to in section 1 shall be deemed
4
to be a reference to the ‘‘Wilbert Armstrong United States
5
Post Office’’.
