Contract) to provide Dumpster Rental & Trash Collection Services in the St. 
Croix District during the period of July 1, 2021, through September 30, 2021. 
Joshua’s Trucking and Landscaping. will perform under this Contract in 
accordance with Addendum I (Scope of Work), Addendum II (General Provisions), 
and Addendum III (Termination of Contracts). Joshua’s Trucking and Landscaping 
fails to comply with the terms of the enclosed Contract, the Government of the Virgin 
Islands will exercise all rights and remedies available to it in law and equity.
