March 7 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — During a Tuesday afternoon ribbon-cutting ceremony, Governor Albert Bryan Jr. congratulated the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital’s leadership team on completing its state-of-the-art temporary facility called JFL North. “Today we cut the ribbon on a brand new frontier of health care providing in the Virgin Islands. JFL North is a $130 million facility with new equipment that will be in operation for the residents of St. Croix while the construction of a new permanent Juan F. Luis hospital is constructed.
