Letters of support for the Cultural Project from at least two agencies on the 
required documentation for Cultural Project Applicant's list.

Two (2) letters of recommendation from persons not related 
by blood or mar-riage
6.
Copy of 2026 Tax Return
7.
Proof of Virgin Islands residency for at least ten years, five (5) 
of which must immediately precede the date of submission of 
the application
8.
Resume reflecting eligibility for this award.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must have resided in the U. S. Virgin Islands for at least 10 years, 5 of which must immediately precede date of application.
