been invited to participate in the CSG East Housing Summit, taking place today. This summit 
will focus on exploring solutions to the ongoing housing shortage and affordability crisis. 
 
Regrettably, this commitment prevents me from being present at today’s Committee on 
Housing, Transportation & Telecommunications hearing on Friday, February 28, 2025.
