My name is Elizabeth Guadalupe-Perez. I was born in Frederiksted, St. Croix U.S.

Virgin Islands. I went to public school and graduated from St. Croix Central High School.

While in high school, I was a member of the Future Business Leaders of America and held the

position of Chaplain. Also, I was a member of the St. Croix Central High School Honor Society.

Since my young age, I have been very active in being involved with the community. Currently, I



am a minister Assistant Pastor of La Iglesia de Dios, Inc. in Estate Profit.



After graduating from high school, I attendend the University of the Virgin Islands.

While taking classes at UVI, I began working with Augustin Doward General Real Estate

Appraiser. I started learning every aspect for appraising while working with him. I worked with

Mr. Doward until he passed and then I I continued working with Dunn Appraisal Service. While

working with Mrs. Noreen Dunn, I continued training and took the required classes to get



licensed and Certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser.



I have served the Virgin Island in some capacity as an appraiser since 2006. I have

worked for local banks, Attorneys, private client, several government agencies as well as

appraisal management companies and stateside banking entities. I have worked together with

other appraisers in many assignments. I have done work in St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix.

I have dealt with some of the complex assignment project together with Elissa Runyon General



appraiser.

I would like to continue serving the Virgin Islands. In this position, I would like to

mentor and share my knowledge with others. Especially the younger generation. This is a

profession with few appraisers an we need to start preparing and training new appraisers. We

need to implement a system of training to help others enter this profession. Currently I myself



working on getting certified as General appraiser.
