Dear Andy:
As I mentioned to you in our recent telephone conversations, during
a recant seating of the Tutu FRP Group we surveyed the participants
to determine which, if any, wells in the area are currently
operating. As you are aware, the area is generally subject to a
stop pumping order from the DPHR. Apparently the DPNR have granted
exceptions to this general order over the years, but we are not
confident that all of the walls listed below have obtained
exceptions* 
Those wells that the Group believes are currently
pumping include the following:
Harthaoan (Mango)
Ramsay
Steele
Four Winds XI
Matthias
Smith
La Place
