Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated

out of any available funds in the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission Revolving Fund 
3 
for operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission for the Fiscal Year 
4 
October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.
