Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum, or so much thereof is

appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to 
3 
19 U.S. C. §2701 et. Seq. (Public Law 98-67), as a contribution to the General Fund of the 
4 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in fiscal year October 1, 2025 through 
5 
September 30, 2026.
