Mr. A. Teytaud was elected Chairman and Mr. P. L. La Bega Secretary. ‘ et e
Dr. D. C. Canegata moved that a committee of three members be appoinsed to revise the constitution and rules of this institution
and to submit the report before the expiration of the present year (to tl.e President). This motion was Se(:‘(){]dt;?f} by Mr. D.
~ S. Armstrong and unanimously adopted. Appointed were Lawyer A. E. Stakemann, .Ml‘- I. Behagen and Rev. P. Bartels.
The Chairtan then laid before the meeting the audited general statement for the year, which was subsequently adopted

_ Dr. Canegata proposed that the following Trustees be elected and the move was unanimously ‘adgpfed. Trustecelected were:
