To provide professional development on the

EDUCATION DIRECTION, LLC d/b/a ED | Smarter Balanced Claim of Concepts &

DIRECTION Procedures using Common Core State

Standards to supplement the core

mathematical instruction and create

effective student engagement strategies to

assist low achieving students on the

statewide assessment tests.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No. PO29DOEC19, and subject to the appropriation

and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands,

Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract

for the period December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020, at the stipulated cost therein.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
