16 * 434 of the Virgin Islands Code,
I
hereby nominate Ms. Elizabeth Guadalupe-Perez as a member representative for the island of St. Croix to the
Virgin Islands Real Estate Appraisers Board. Ms. Guadalupe-Perez is a certified real estate appraiser who has
over 18 years of experience and would like to serve the People of the Virgin Islands.
Accordingly, it is my pleasure 10 ask [or the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the
Virgin Islands on the nomination of Ms. Guadalupe-Perez. A copy of her resume is enclosed for your review.
