Governor Bryan to Deliver Fifth “State of the Territory Address”

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — On Monday, January 23, 2023, Governor Albert Bryan Jr. will deliver his fifth “State of the Territory Address” before the 35th Legislature on St. Thomas.

The Governor is scheduled to begin his address at 7 p.m.
