Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation of Parcel No. 2L Estate Bakkero, No. 5, Frenchman’s Quarter, St. Thomas 
4 
consisting of 0.59 U.S. acres, as shown on survey drawing F9-2568-T70 from R-1 (Residential-
5 
Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
