The Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services (VIFEMS) hereby transmits modified 
drawings for the Robert O’Connor Fire Station Reconstruction Project (Project No. 188966) for 
review by the St. Thomas/St. John Coastal Zone Management Committee (the Committee). 
The modifications address the concerns raised by the Committee in the Federal Consistency 
Determination Decision Meeting held on January 27, 2026, and the subsequent meeting held on 
January 30, 2026. 
Upon review of the revised designs, we are hopeful that the Committee will find the project 
consistent to the maximum extent practicable with the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management 
Program
