Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the use restricting in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 
2 
3100m, the sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the Budget Stabilization Fund of the 
3 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Government Employees Retirement 
4 
System in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, to fund retiree bonuses.
