Dear Board of Trustees, 
 
The USVI Junior Golf Program is seeking permission to construct a 4000 square ft. 
putting and chipping green on UVI property.  
 
We are principally seeking approval to build this structure. All monetary responsibilities 
including building, labor and maintenance associated with the green will be assumed by the 
USVI Junior Golf Program with the stipulation that UVI be willing to allow use of their water 
source.  
We propose that the green be accessible to all UVI constituents as well as the public. However, 
final accessibility will be determined at the board’s discretion.  
It is our hope that you will share in the belief, that this venture will not only provide the 
necessary tools for the Virgin Islands youth to advance their passions for the sport of golf but 
also act as a source of municipal functionality, leisure and beautification for the entire Virgin 
Islands community.
