Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. The following sum is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for

operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other

purposes of the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 to September 
4 
30, 2026.
