DPNR: CHANGES TO BOATING REGISTRATION ON ST. THOMAS 
 
Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources 
announces that effective Monday, September 16, 2024, boating registration on St. 
Thomas will be available in-office only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 
3:00 PM. We strongly encourage the public to use our online services at any time for 
renewals, new vessel registrations, anchoring permits, and mooring registrations. Visit: 
https://my.onlinemooring.com/VI.
