I am writing to inform you that neither Mrs. Nicholas nor I will be able to attend the hearing 
scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2025, regarding the Paul E. Joseph Stadium 
Project, due to scheduling conflicts. As I have direct oversight of this project, no other 
representatives from the department will be present to testify.
