Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding the use restrictions in 33 V.I.C. §3093, the sum of 
2 
$150,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, from the Virgin Islands 
3 
Education Initiative Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Education to conduct a biannual 
4 
fixed asset inventory.

(b) 
The funds appropriated in subsection (a) remain available until expended.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill appropriates the sum of $150,000 from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative

Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Education, to conduct a biannual fixed asset
