Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending

September 30, 2025 from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund to the Department of Public

Works for the following purposes:

3019 ST. JOHN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS OF CRUZ BAY RESTROOMS             $   500,000
