NOTICES 
Certified Reinsurers 
Commissioner Tregenza A. Roach, Esq.  invites members of the public to respond to Certified 
Reinsurer Applications submitted to the Virgin Islands Division of Banking insurance and 
Financial Regulation (DBIFR). 
Interested and affected parties will have 30 days from the date notice is posted to submit written 
comments and responses to the certified reinsurer applications listed below. The Commissioner 
will not take final action on an application until at least 30 days after notice was posted. 
Written comments and responses help the DBIFR gather information and provide certain 
interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Commissioner 
concerning the reinsurers applying for Certified Reinsurer status. 
All responses regarding the applications should be directed to:
