1.  Scope of Work, CAMA System RFP; Page 2, Section Current 
Systems – Can you provide the vendor for the current Tax 
Billing and Collection System? 
A. Tyler Technology system Entellitrack. 
1)    Is the Department seeking an option for replacement of the current tax 
Billing and Collection system? 
A. That is an option in a fully integrated CAMA to billing System but 
not exclusively so. 
2)    Is Marshall & Swift is used, or needed, for both residential and 
commercial properties? 
A. It is contemplated that Marshall & Swift will be used [Consult with 
Johanna, Chalma] 
3)    Is the Department planning to use the new system to track and record 
information related to appeals such as application, scheduling and 
recording decision results? 
A. Yes, it does.
