Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing

the zoning designation of Reconfigured Remainder Consolidated Parcel No. 1-13 Estate 
4 
Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 11.142 
5 
U.S. acres, as described on Drawing D9-844-T019, from  R-4 (Residential- Medium Density)

to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
