BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. (a) The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is

hereby appropriated out of the Government Insurance Fund for expenses, including



wages of salaried employees of the Department of Finance, Office of the Custodian.

SECTION 2. The item of appropriation contained in this Act shall be reduced by
