Department of Health Announces  
Temporary Disruption to COVID-19 Hotline Operation   
 
 
US Virgin Islands — The Department of Health is advising the public that COVID-19 Hotline phone 
service (340-712-6299 and 340-776-1519) is temporarily out of service due to challenges currently 
being experienced by the Viya phone company. There is no word yet when services will be restored.  
 
The public is advised to contact www.covid19usvi.com/vaccines to make an appointment for a vaccine 
or www.covid19usvi.com/testing for testing suspected COVID cases.
