Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury 
2 
of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through 
3 
September 30, 2026, to the Virgin Islands Board of Elections for operating expenses and any 
4 
other related costs.

SECTION 2. The sum of $2,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the 
6 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through 
7 
September 30, 2026 to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for operating expenses and any 
8 
other related costs.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill appropriates $2,750,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the

Government of the Virgin Islands, of which $250,000 is appropriated to the Virgin Islands

Board of Elections and $2,500,000 is appropriated to the Elections Systems of the Virgin Islands 
4 
in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.
