Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Act No. 9022, section 1 (Bill No. 36-0161), is amended as follows:

(a) 
Insert the following new line-item at the end:

“ANNUAL LEAVE PAYOUT $345,000”; and 
4 
(b) 
Strike “$25,500,000” and insert “$25,834,000”.
