Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding 32 V.I.C. § 246(a)(11), the sum of $1,100,000 is 
2 
appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through 
3 
September 30, 2026, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government 
4 
of the Virgin Islands.
