Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall provide Co Teaching

Development Training between highly qualified

general and special education teachers; and all

DEBORAH HARRIS, INC. teachers and paraprofessionals in the St. Thomas/

St. John District to increase opportunities for

implementing research based curricular and

instructional approaches required by the No

Child Left Behind Act (“NCLB”) and the general

Education, Response to Intervention (“RTT”)



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in PCO65DOE15 and subject to the appropriation and

allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin

Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the

aforementioned contract for the period October 16, 2016 to October 15, 2017.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of PCO65DOE15 affected shall continue in full force

and effect.
