BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:



SECTION 1. Act No. 5826 is amended in the following instances;



(a) Section 4 is amended in by deleting “general” where it appears and inserting in

lieu thereof “public”; and



(b) Section 9 is amended by deleting all of the language therein and inserting the



following in lieu thereof;

‘(9) ‘The Company shall submit to the Legislature and the Governor, on a

quarterly bases, accounting and financial statements including but not limited to itemized

listings of investments, salaries, bonuses, payments to vendors for services provided

including the Public Finance Authority, as established under title 29, chapter 15, Virgin

Islands Code, interest earned on all bond proceeds, funds expended on public relations

and promotion, travel expenses, and all other related financial activity. The Company

shall also prepare or cause to be prepared a verbatim transcription of all meetings of the



Company including but not limited to all board and executive meetings.”
