Visitable Housing Design and Incentive Program 
Compliance Checklist 
 
To receive the Visitability Housing Tax Credit requires applicants to include eighty percent of 
the architectural features prescribed in Act No. 7320 of the Virgin Islands Code Chapter 6 
subchapter II. The chart below provides a percentage weight for each feature allowing 
applicants to easily determine how close they are to compliance.
