Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 
2 
variance from the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation is granted to Revised Parcel No. 17-
3 
3 Remainder Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 
4 
approximately 0.701 U.S. acre, as described on Drawing D9-9723-T02, to allow for a business 
5 
hotel.  All other requirements of the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation continue to apply 
6 
to the property.
