Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map

No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel 
3 
No.4 Estate Paradise, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 
4 
12.62 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-6338-C013 dated February 27, 2013,

from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial).
