Be it enacted by the legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated

from the Horse Racing Improvement Fund to the Department of Sports, Parks, and Recreation 
3 
for operating expenses at the Clinton E Phipps Racetrack on St. Thomas for fiscal year October

1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
