EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION



Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall provide a quality day

school program on St. Croix, US Virgin

Islands for children and adolescent students

Virgin Islands Behavioral Services, Inc. | who have moderate or severe behavioral

needs and have been identified as requiring

such services to address those needs in

accordance to their Individualized

Education Plan



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in PCO69DOE15 and subject to the appropriation and

allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin

Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the

aforementioned contract for the period May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017, at the rate stipulated cost

therein.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of PCO69DOE15 affected shall continue in full force

and effect.
