Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Human Services to purchase all-in-one 
mobile health, wellness, and personal safety devices for Virgin Islands senior citizens and other 
vulnerable residents, and pay the annual service associated with maintenance of the devices

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $75,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the 
2 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, 
3 
to the Virgin Islands Department of Human Services to purchase Numera® Libris® 2mPERS 
4 
all-in-one mobile health, wellness, and personal safety devices.

(b) 
The sum of $15,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the 
6 
Virgin Islands in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, to the Virgin Islands to the Virgin 
7 
Islands Department of Human Services to pay the annual service fee for the Numera® Libris® 
8 
2mPERS all-in-one mobile health, wellness, and personal safety devices.

(c) 
The funds remain available until expended.
